In this module you can review the complete history of the Notifications created automatically by the system. Notifications are short messages that Logzi creates when something needs your attention — for example when you have a task due today, when an invoice has been settled on a bank document, or when an error occurred during the NAV (Hungarian tax authority) data reporting. The bell icon in the top bar only shows your notifications that are still active; this list, however, keeps everything, so you can look anything up afterwards.
The possible statuses of a notification are: Active and Closed. The level of a notification is: Info, Reminder or Hiba (error). The meaning of each value is explained in the Step by step and Frequently asked questions sections.
Click Main menu / CRM / Customer management / Notifications to display all notifications. There is a faster way, too: click the bell icon in the top right corner of the screen to open a short list of your active notifications, and the All link at its bottom takes you to this page. The table starts with the newest notification, and the sort order cannot be changed. By default 10 rows are shown per page; at the bottom of the page you can see which items you are viewing (for example "1 - 10 / 1269"), and you can move between pages with the pagination buttons. The screenshots were taken in the Hungarian interface.
The filters are on the Search tab above the table. After entering the conditions you want, start filtering with the Search button; you can use several conditions at once, in which case only the notifications that meet all of them remain in the list.
On the View and layout tab, click the Rows (Sorok) button to choose in a pop-up window how many notifications are displayed on a page (in the Visible rows list you can choose 10, 25, 50 or 100), then save the setting with the Save button. The setting is stored for your user, so it is kept the next time you log in. If you want to overview many notifications at once, it is worth choosing a higher value.
Double-click a notification row to open the document the notification belongs to (for example the task or the invoice). If the notification is not linked to a document — for example a general system message — the program shows a warning window (in Hungarian: "Ehhez az értesítéshez nem tartozik megnyitható bizonylat!", meaning that there is no document to open for this notification). This is not an error, it only means that the notification is informative in itself.
You do not create the notifications yourself; the system generates them automatically. For example:
If you want to quickly check in the morning what needs immediate action, choose Hiba in the Level (Szint) field and Active in the Status field, then click the Search button — only the error messages that are not yet closed (for example NAV errors) remain in the list, and routine information does not distract you.
The columns of the table and their meaning:
| Field / Element | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Level (Szint) | A coloured dot showing the importance of the notification: green is Info, yellow is Reminder, red is Hiba (error). | |
| Address (Cím) | The short title of the notification (e.g. "NUMINC 11 Kft. partner reached the set credit limit"). In the English interface this column header is labelled Address. | |
| Description | The more detailed text of the notification; in many cases it is the same as the title. | |
| Employee | The colleague the notification is meant for. Empty if the notification is meant for the whole company. | |
| Created | The exact time the notification was created (year-month-day hour:minute:second). | |
| Status | The state of the notification: Active (it still appears at the bell icon) or Closed (it has disappeared from there, but remains here). |
The filter fields of the Search tab:
| Field / Element | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Title | Free-text search in the title of the notification (a fragment is enough). | |
| Level (Szint) | Drop-down list: Info, Reminder, Hiba (error). | |
| Status | Drop-down list: Active, Closed. | |
| Employee | Drop-down list with the employees of the company. | |
| Created from / Created to | Date pickers for the start and end of the period; both days are included in the results. |
On this page the set and order of the columns cannot be changed, only the number of rows per page.
On this list notifications can only be viewed; there is no close or delete button on it. You can close a notification by clicking the bell icon in the top bar and then the x mark at the end of the relevant row of the drop-down list. A closed notification changes to the Closed status and disappears from the bell list, but you can still find it on this page.
If the notification is not tied to a specific colleague but to the whole company (for example an information message about a bank settlement), it has no assigned employee, so the column stays empty. Such notifications appear for everyone at the bell icon, but they cannot be found with the Employee filter.
The message (in Hungarian: "Ehhez az értesítéshez nem tartozik megnyitható bizonylat!") means that the given notification is not linked to a document (invoice, task, etc.), so there is nothing to open — the text of the notification itself contains what you need to know. Close the window with the Rendben (OK) button.
The bell icon only shows the Active notifications meant for you or for the whole company, and it is refreshed only when you click it. This page, on the other hand, contains all notifications of the company, including closed ones and those meant for other employees. You can narrow the list with the Status and Employee filters.
If at least one filter condition is set, the View and layout tab opens after the page reloads. The filter is still active: click back to the Search tab, where you can see the conditions you entered and modify or clear them. To remove the filter, empty the fields (or choose "Please choose"), then click the Search button.
No. This page is the history of the notifications displayed inside the system. The Notification templates define the text of the messages sent by email or SMS, while the Notification rules control which automatic actions are run. Both can be found under Main menu / CRM / Correspondence.
Notifications is located in the sidebar of the CRM tile, at the bottom of the Customer management group. If you cannot see the CRM tile in the main menu, ask your administrator to check your permissions. In the meantime you can reach the page through the bell icon in the top bar, via the All link of the drop-down list.
