In this module you can review and manage your Task records. A task is a piece of work to which you can assign a subject and description, a status, a priority, a planned start and completion date, tags, a responsible colleague and a partner. The list view gives you one place to see all tasks, search among them and start the most important actions directly from here (creating a new task, opening, copying, viewing the history).
You can extend the statuses of each board yourself with the New status button on the Additional functions tab. A newly created task always starts with the first status; the effect of statuses is explained in the Frequently asked questions section.
The screenshots show the Hungarian user interface; where useful, the Hungarian label is given in parentheses.
Clicking Main menu / CRM / Customer management / Task / List shows the list of tasks of the active board. Above the list you can choose a board from the tabs named after the boards; the icon on the far right takes you to the Board management page. With the buttons on the Actions tab (Műveletek) you work with the selected task:
If you right-click a task row, the quick actions (New, Open, Close, Cloning) are also available from a context menu. Close sets the status of the task to the status with ID 2, which by default is Kész (Done). With the clipboard icon at the right end of the tabs you can copy the table to the clipboard, and the Analytics link takes you to the analytics page of tasks.
Click the Search tab (Keresés) above the table to show the filter options. The fields visible right away are Partner company name, Subject, Status, Priority, Recorded by and Responsible (for the last two you can select several colleagues at once). The Expand button (Bővítés) opens further filters: Document date and Reminder, each searchable by a from and to date. Use the Search button to apply the conditions.
On the View and layout tab (Nézet és elrendezés) you set how the list is displayed for you:
These settings are saved per user, so they are kept the next time you sign in.
On the View and layout tab, the Table, Kanban and Gantt buttons let you choose the display mode (the Kanban and Gantt labels appear as shown):
On the Additional functions tab (Kiegészítő funkciók), the New status button lets you add a new status to the active board. After you save the status entered in the window that opens, it appears among the statuses, and in Kanban view as a new column.
If you need to review many tasks quickly, switch the view to Kanban: you can then change statuses by simple dragging and see at a glance how many tasks are in each column. You can open the sheet at any time with the Open button.
The selectable columns of the table and their meaning. You can switch the columns on or off in the Columns (Oszlopok) setting:

The fields of the Search tab and their meaning:
| Field / Element | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Partner company name | Filters by the name of the partner linked to the task. | |
| Subject | Filters by the subject of the task. | |
| Status | Filters by the status of the task; you can choose from the statuses of the active board. | |
| Priority | Filters by the priority of the task. | |
| Recorded by | Filters by the colleague who recorded the task; several colleagues can be selected at once. | |
| Responsible | Filters by the colleague responsible for the task; several colleagues can be selected at once. | |

| Reminder | Found under Expand; searches by reminder time with a from and to date. |
On the sheet, the partner, responsible colleague, task type, calendar, board, custom colour and tags can only be changed for a task with status ID 1 (a new task starts with this status). If the task is already in another status, these fields are greyed out. You can change the status with the Status field on the sheet, or in Kanban view by dragging the card. You can read the details in the Task sheet guide.
The list always shows only the tasks of the board selected at the top, so first check that you are on the tab of the right board. Then look at the filters set on the Search tab (Status, Priority, Recorded by, Responsible, Document date, Reminder), clear them and search again. If the list has several pages, use the pager to go to the first page.
In Kanban view, drag the task card into the column of the status you want. On the sheet you can choose another status in the Status field and save it with the Save button. Close in the right-click menu sets the task to the status with ID 2, which by default is Kész (Done).
You can add a new status to the active board with the New status button on the Additional functions tab. To manage boards, click the icon at the far right of the board tabs (Board management).
You can enter the description, partner, responsible colleague, files and custom fields of a task on the sheet. After the New or Open button, the Task sheet guide helps you fill in the fields.
The Task module only appears under Main menu / CRM / Customer management if it is assigned to your user. If you cannot see it, ask the system administrator to check the module assignment in your user settings.
