This module lets you review and manage Delivery note documents. A delivery note records which goods, and in what quantity, you hand over to your partner — the document accompanies the goods during transport. The list view gives you access to every delivery note you have created in one place: you can search among them and start the most important actions directly from here (create a new document, close, delete, download, print, send email, create an invoice or a warehouse issue based on the delivery note).
The possible statuses of a Delivery note document are: Draft, Closed, Cancellation, Cancelled, Used, Approved — the meaning and restrictions of each status are explained in the Frequently asked questions section.
Clicking the Main menu / Transport / Delivery note / List menu item shows every delivery note created so far. Above the table, the Actions tab gives you the following buttons for the selected document:
At the right end of the tab row, the Analytics link takes you to the statistics page, and with the clipboard icon you can copy the contents of the table to the clipboard, for example to paste it into a spreadsheet.
Click the Search tab above the table to show the filtering options. The most frequently used fields are visible right away: Partner company name, Document number, Currency and Status (you can select several statuses at once). Clicking the "Expand" button opens further, more detailed filters: Document date and Performance date (by specifying a period), Employee, Item number, Project, Job number, Department number and Serial number. Use the Search button to filter by the conditions you set; you can also save frequently used filter settings and delete them later, so you do not have to enter them again every time.
On the View and layout tab you can set how the list is displayed for you:
These settings are saved personally, tied to your user, so they are still there the next time you sign in.
In the panel below the list you can quickly check the details of a selected document without opening the document itself. The panel contains several tabs:
With the icon in the top right corner the panel can be pinned (set to a fixed size), and its size can be adjusted by dragging the divider line at the top of the panel.
On the Additional functions tab you find extra options for the selected document that help your daily work:
Right-clicking a document row gives you the most common quick actions (open, close, delete, clone, history, print, attached files, partner card, CRM) in a context menu, the same as on the Actions tab; from this menu you can also create a new parcel label for the document (New parcel label) or check the labels already recorded for it (Parcel labels).
Do not re-enter the items if you also have to invoice the delivered goods: select the closed delivery note, then use Document management > Invoicing and the system creates the invoice with the items taken over. And if you need the document file or the paper for the goods right after closing, choose Close and download or Close and print from the arrow next to the Close button — then you do not need a separate step to download or print.
The default table columns and their meaning:
| Field / Element | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Document number | The unique identifier of the delivery note, assigned automatically by the system (e.g. SZLEV000163/2026). | |
| Document date | The date the document was created. | |
| Performance date | The date the delivery was actually carried out. | |
| Partner company name | The name of the partner (customer, recipient) linked to the document. | |
| Partner contact person | The name of the contact person on the partner side. | |
| Net value | The total net value of the items on the document. | |
| VAT rate | The VAT amount of the items on the document. | |
| Gross value | The total gross value of the items on the document. | |
| Currency | The currency used on the document (e.g. HUF, EUR). | |
| Exchange rate | The exchange rate applied on the document, if it was not created in the company base currency. | |
| Employee | The name of the colleague who recorded the document. | |
| Status | The current state of the document (Draft, Closed, Cancellation, Cancelled, Used, Approved). |
The set of displayed columns can be customized under View and layout > Columns — the list above shows the default view.
The columns of the Items tab in the preview window and their meaning:
| Field / Column | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Name | The name of the product on the item. | |
| Item number | The unique item number of the product, through which it can also be identified in the master data. | |
| Gross weight | The total gross weight of the item (multiplied by the quantity), calculated from the unit weight recorded in the product master data. | |
| Quantity | The quantity of the delivered product, in the unit of the product — depending on the master data setting it may also be a fraction. | |
| Net unit price | The net price of one unit of the product on the document. | |
| Action | The quick actions of the row (e.g. opening the item) — in the preview window they can only be viewed; editing is possible after opening the document. |
Only a document in Draft status can be closed, and only a document in Draft, Closed or Used status can be deleted — documents in Cancellation and Cancelled status can neither be closed nor deleted. If closing stops with an error message, read the message, check the items and header data of the document, then try again. After closing, the document can no longer be modified, and deletion cannot be undone, so it is worth checking the data carefully before either action.
These actions (Send email, the final PDF, Used, Issue for fulfillment and the options of Document management) are available only for documents in Closed status (or beyond), because until then the delivery note can still change. For a draft you can use Download > PDF preview and the XLSX exports — if you need the final copy, close the document first (even with the Close and download option). Also make sure the row is selected in the table, because without a selection the buttons are not active.
The Used status shows that there is nothing more to do with the closed delivery note — for example you have settled it or its items have moved to another document. The list highlights such a document with a green row, so it is easy to tell apart from Closed delivery notes that are still waiting to be processed. You can set the status with the Used button on a closed document, and you can also filter for it with the Status field in the search.
If the partner on the document also uses Logzi, after closing the system asks whether to send the document to them (Yes, Yes, with closing or No). You can do the same later with Issue for fulfillment > Transfer between Logzi systems, so your partner does not have to enter the incoming goods again by hand.
Most likely a filter you set earlier (for example status, date or partner) is narrowing the results. Open the Search tab, check or clear the conditions, and search again. If the list is empty, the system also shows a short explanation of the possible reasons. Also check that the document is not on a later page of the list — the table is paginated. If the module is not available at all, ask your system administrator to check the module assignment in your user settings.
