Click Main menu / Settings / System settings / Document comment. Above the list you will find the New, Open and Delete buttons. The comment templates are listed by Name. The screenshots were taken in the Hungarian interface.
Click New, or select a row and click Open. On the Actions tab enter the Name, choose the Document type and the Comment type (Customer comment or Internal comment), set whether it should be Added automatically to the document on save (Yes/No), if needed choose the Payment method, and enter the text of the Comment template. Use Save to save, or Close to close the window without saving.
Select the row you want to remove, click Delete and confirm the action.
Turn on automatic adding only for texts that must appear on every affected document, for example a mandatory legal notice.
