On the Translations page you assign a text to a keyword in every language. This way you can enter the texts used in the system according to your own needs, language by language.
Click Main menu / Settings / System settings / Translations. At the top you see the New and Open buttons, below them the list with the Keyword and Value columns. Click a row to select the translation. The screenshots were taken in the Hungarian interface.
Click New, or select a row and click Open. On the Actions tab of the window that opens, below the Save and Close buttons, enter the Keyword field and then type the text for each language. Every field is required. Finally click Save.
When you open an existing translation, the keyword cannot be changed, only the texts per language. The list has no delete button; you maintain translations by editing them.
Before adding a new keyword, check the list to see whether it already exists, so that you do not create a duplicate translation.

The Keyword and all language fields are required. Check that none of the language texts has been left empty.

The translation form has a separate field for each available language, so add the language on the Languages page first.
There is no delete button on this page; translations are maintained by editing them.
The menu item is located under Main menu / Settings / System settings. If you do not see it, your user probably does not have the required permission; ask your administrator to check the settings.
