Installed extensions

Learn about the Installed extensions page: see and manage your installed integrations, search among them, change their settings, pause or delete them.

Function overview

On the Installed extensions page you see all integrations installed for your company in one list: webshops, couriers, marketplaces and other extensions. From here you open the page of an extension to change its settings, and you can pause or delete it.

  • List: type, name, the time the extension was created and last run, and the active status.
  • Search: by name, type and active status.
  • Extension page: API name, Type, Active, and the Settings and Log tabs.
  • Actions: New, Open, Delete on the list; Save and Delete on the page.

Step by step

1. Opening the page

Click Main menu / Integrations / Extensions / Installed extensions. The list starts with the most recently created extension; 10 rows are shown per page, with the pager below. The screenshots were taken in the Hungarian interface.

2. Searching the list

Open the Search tab. In the Name field you can type a part of the name, from the Type list you can choose an integration, and with the Active list you filter the working or paused extensions using Yes or No. Start the filter with the Search button.

3. New, open and delete

On the Actions tab the New button creates a new extension (you see the offer on the Install new extension page). You open an existing extension by clicking its row and then the Open button. The Delete button deletes the selected rows and asks for confirmation first.

4. The extension page

At the top of the page there are the API name (the name of the extension in Logzi), the Type and the Active field. Below them the Settings tab shows the own fields of the integration, for example the API user name and password, the company name or the label settings. The fields depend on the type, and their labels show what they mean. After changing them, click Save.

5. The Log tab

On the Log tab you see the messages recorded for the extension, with Status, date and Message columns. If the extension does not work as expected, you find the cause of the error here. You can also search the messages of all extensions on the Log file page.

6. Pausing and deleting

If you only want to stop using the extension temporarily, set the Active field to No and save: its settings are kept. For a permanent removal use the Delete button on the list or on the extension page.

Tip

For a new extension, fill in the required fields, for example the access data, before saving. If you get an error message after saving, the Log tab shows the exact cause.

You can read about installing a new extension in Install new extension and about the data sent by the extensions in Events.

Frequently asked questions

Open the extension, set the Active field to No and click Save. The settings are kept and you can switch it back on later.

Yes: select several rows in the list, then click Delete. The system asks for confirmation before deleting.

It is the time the extension last ran, that is, last exchanged data with the external system. If it is old or empty, the extension is not running or has nothing to synchronise.

The messages recorded for the extension: their status, the time they were created and their text. Use it for troubleshooting; the same messages can also be found on the Log file page.

The menu item is under Main menu / Integrations / Extensions. If you cannot see it, the required permission is probably not assigned to your user; ask your administrator to check the settings.
