On the File classifications page you manage the categories into which you can sort the files attached to documents (for example contract, copy of delivery note, photo). This makes the attachments easier to find later.
Click Main menu / Settings / System settings / File classifications. At the top you see the New, Open and Delete buttons, below them the list with the ID and Name columns. Click a row to select the classification. The screenshots were taken in the Hungarian interface.
Click New, or select a row and click Open. On the Actions tab of the window that opens, below the Save and Close buttons, enter the Name field and click Save.
Select the row and click Delete. Before deleting, consider whether the classification is still used for attached files.
Use short, unambiguous names so that classifying the files attached to documents is quick and consistent.
