On the Permission templates page you create ready-made module packages so that you do not have to set the permissions of a new colleague one by one.
Click Main menu / Settings / System settings / Permission templates. At the top you see the New, Open and Delete buttons, below them the list with the ID, Template name (Sablon neve) and Number of modules columns. The screenshots were taken in the Hungarian interface.
Click New, or select a row and click Open. In the window that opens, on the Actions tab, enter the Template name (at least 2 characters). Below it you see two lists: the available modules (Elérhető modulok) and the modules assigned to the template (Sablonhoz rendelt modulok). With the add and remove buttons (Hozzáadás, Visszavonás) you move modules one by one, with the add all and remove all buttons (Mind Hozzáadása, Mind Visszavonása) all at once, and the search box (Keresés) helps you find a module quickly. Click Save to save the template and Close to close the window.
To delete a template, select the row and click Delete. Deleting does not affect the colleagues whose permissions you already set with the template.
Create a separate template for each role (for example warehouse worker, salesperson, cashier) and give them descriptive names: for a new colleague it is then enough to choose the right template.
The fields of the template editor window.
| Field | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Template name (Sablon neve) | The name of the template, at least 2 characters. | |
| Available modules (Elérhető modulok) | The list of modules not yet assigned. | |
| Modules assigned to the template (Sablonhoz rendelt modulok) | The list of modules belonging to the template. | |
| Search (Keresés) | Filters the list of modules by the text you type. |
Modifying the template does not automatically change the permissions already set for colleagues. You need to apply the modified template again on the colleague page.
As many as you need; the Number of modules column in the list shows how many modules belong to each template.
The Template name field is required and must be at least 2 characters long.
Type a part of its name into the search box and the list shows only the matches.
The menu item is located under Main menu / Settings / System settings. If you do not see it, your user probably does not have the required permission; ask your administrator to check the settings.
