With worksheet types you sort your worksheets into categories, so they are easier to overview and filter.
Click Main menu / Settings / System settings / Worksheet type. Above the list you will find the New, Open and Delete buttons. The table columns are ID and Name. The screenshots were taken in the Hungarian interface.
Click New, or select a row and click Open. On the Actions tab enter the name of the type in a separate field for each displayed language, at least 2 characters long. Use Save to save, or Close to close the window without saving.
Select the row you want to remove, click Delete and confirm the action.
Give the type a short, clear name that your colleagues understand at once, and do not forget to fill it in for every language.
The following fields are available when editing a type.
| Field | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Name (per language) | The name of the worksheet type in each displayed language, at least 2 characters long per language. |
They let you sort your worksheets into categories.
So the type is understandable regardless of the interface language. You will find a separate field for every displayed language in the editor window.
As many as you need. Each one appears in the list with its ID and name.
Yes, select the row, click Open, rewrite the name and save.
The menu item is located under Main menu / Settings / System settings. If you cannot see it, you probably do not have permission, so ask your administrator to enable it.
