On the Exchange rate page you record the exchange rate of currencies for a given day. The system uses these rates when you issue a document in a foreign currency.
Click Main menu / Settings / System settings / Exchange rate. At the top you see the New, Open and Delete buttons, below them the list with the Name, Date and Exchange rate columns. Click a row to select the rate. The screenshots were taken in the Hungarian interface.
Click New, or select a row and click Open. On the Actions tab of the window that opens, below the Save and Close buttons, choose the Currency, enter the numeric value of the Exchange rate and choose the Date with the date picker. All three fields are required. Finally click Save.
Select the row and click Delete.
Always add a new exchange rate as a new row with its date, so the rates of earlier days remain in the records.

The Currency, the Exchange rate and the Date are required, and the Exchange rate field accepts numbers only.
Yes, the Exchange rate field also accepts decimals. Use the dot as the decimal separator.
The list contains the currencies created on the Currencies page. Add the currency there first, then choose it at the exchange rate.
Yes, select the row, click Open, change the value and save.
The menu item is located under Main menu / Settings / System settings. If you do not see it, your user probably does not have the required permission; ask your administrator to check the settings.
