Transmission analytics analyses the money movements between cash registers and bank accounts: how much you transferred, on which routes, how long the transmissions took and which transmission still misses the source or the destination document. The page is view-only.
The data is split into three tabs: Overview, Routes and Process.
Click Main menu / Cash register / Transmission analytics (you find it in the Analytics group). The Overview tab opens with the number and the value of the Transmissions, the number of the Incomplete transmissions and the share of the Cross-currency transmissions and the transmissions Between cash and bank.
On the Search tab enter the Document date period and, if needed, the Employee filter, then click Search. The filter stays active on every tab.
On the Routes tab the Largest routes and the Routes in detail table show from which cash register or bank account you transferred the most to which. By Type a route can be Cash → cash, Bank → bank or Cash ↔ bank. The Net transmission balance gives the difference of the received and sent transmissions for each account.
The Process tab shows the Average lead time and the Performed before creation figure. The list of the Incomplete transmissions shows which document is missing on the Source or on the Destination side.
Go through the list of Incomplete transmissions every month: a missing source or destination document means that one side of the transmission is not recorded yet, so the balances of the two accounts do not match.
| Tab | Description |
|---|---|
| Overview | Number and value of the transmissions, incomplete transmissions, cross-currency and cash-bank transmissions, split by pretense, net transmission balance. |
| Routes | Largest routes, detailed table of the routes by type. |
| Process | Average lead time, performed before creation, list of the incomplete transmissions. |
On the Search tab you can use the Document date and Employee filters; the filter applies to every tab. There is no download on this page.
Transmissions that miss the source or the destination document. In this case the movement is already visible on one account but not on the other yet.
There is no transmission in the selected period or the filter is too narrow. Widen the Document date period and clear the Employee filter.
The Main menu / Cash register / Transmission analytics item appears only if both the analytics module and the transmission module are assigned to your user. If you cannot find it, ask your administrator to enable it.
